The white meat, white trims, tom bulk parts, thigh meat and mechanically        
separated turkey markets are steady to mostly firm. Demand moderate to          
good. White meat and white trim offerings short to very light. Tom bulk         
part offerings short to light at best.  Mechanically separated turkey           
offerings short to light and thigh meat short to very light for buyers'         
needs. Trading slow to moderate. For domestic: fresh scapula 136 cents          
delivered. For export: fresh MST 64-65, scapula 135 cents delivered.
